Team Rooms

Rules and Regulation for Team Room Booking:

         Please utilize the team room properly and follow the rules given below.

  • Only students, faculty, PRF/TF, users of Plaksha are allowed to book the team rooms. This facility is meant for group use only.
  • Users can book the team rooms through their Outlook mail calendar selecting the 'Library block'.
  • Booking is on a first come first serve rule.
  • A maximum of 4 people are allowed to sit in the team room at a time.
  • The Library reserves the right to access the room for inspection at any time and to suspend the use of facilities and/or impose fines on any misuse of the facility.
  • The Library reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • Dos and Don’ts:

    • Discussion activities in the room should not disturb other users.
    • Please ensure cleanliness of the room while checking out.
    • Please switch off the light before leaving the room.
